Day Care Activities & Services
We have recently re lunched our Day Care services. The facility is developed with the Transition fund which was awarded to us at the beginning of the year. The centre started operating on 12th September 2011.
We are providing specialized service to frail and disable people living in Bolton. The service is a needled with particular emphasis on assessment of our clients and to have a care plan according to individuals needs. We will be supporting people with all daily tasks.
We will offer the following services:-
- Newly developed Bathing facility
- Personal hygiene
- Meal provision
- Respite for Carers
- Transport facility
- Onsite activities especially designed for people with disabilities
- Outings
- Fully trained bi-lingual staff
- Fully accessible centre
In recent times there have been some significant changes within Social Care. Especially with the introduction of personalized budgets, older people are able to make informed choices about their own care. We are very keen to provide high quality care with dignity and respect to our elderly members. We have a wealth of experience in elderly care and fully trained team of staff is very caring and professional in their approach to looking after vulnerable old people.
We have all the necessary training and policies in place to ensure high standard quality care. All are staff are aware of our safeguarding vulnerable adults policy, and strictly adhere to it.
We do offer free standard activities during the day plus other extra services on a charge.
