We provide Advice & information, Drop-in centre and preventative services. Our activities are based on health and well being of older people enabling them to maintain long term physical and mental health. We promote independence, good quality of life, social and economic well being and improve access to participation in the community amongst our members. We recognise the diversity which exists within our centre and value and respect religious and cultural differences. We tackle barriers which isolate older people and support them to live full independent life. We create opportunities for health improvement, well being and social interaction.
Our comprehensive range of activities and services is our number one priority. We have developed our services over the years to meet the changing needs of older people with a focus on providing holistic prevention and exercise classes.
